The consortium
The ETI_CHEF partnership brings together four complementary organisations from Italy, Spain, France, and Slovenia, all active in VET education and the culinary sector. It combines expertise in digital innovation, vocational training, and craftsmanship, ensuring a strong link between education and industry.
Built on previous Erasmus+ collaborations, the consortium leverages its diverse skills and transnational perspective to develop innovative, inclusive, and high-quality resources addressing ethics, netiquette, and digital challenges in gastronomy.
