WHY IT MATTERS
The connection between food and social media is stronger than ever, transforming the way we experience, share, and interpret gastronomy. While this brings new opportunities, it also amplifies real risks: misinformation, fake news, extreme diets, and harmful narratives spread rapidly, especially among young people.
In this context, it is essential to develop critical thinking, digital awareness, and responsibility in food communication.
ETI-CHEF was created to address these challenges by providing innovative tools that integrate media literacy, ethics, and netiquette into vocational training and active citizenship. The goal is to contribute to a safer, more inclusive, and transparent digital ecosystem, where food is communicated with respect and awareness.
Because today, more than ever, how we communicate food truly matters.
