Coming soon, Ethical Bites will bring the ETI_CHEF Manifesto into everyday culinary education. This new initiative is designed for students, teachers, and trainers in the food sector, with the goal of integrating ethics, media literacy, and netiquette into culinary training. The project will include an interactive Workshop for students, featuring engaging resources, videos, in-depth materials, and practical exercises available in flexible learning formats. It will support the development of critical thinking, digital awareness, and responsible behavior, addressing key topics such as food communication, fake news, harmful myths, and the impact of social media. Alongside the workshop, a Resource Pack for teachers and trainers will provide practical tools and guidelines to help integrate these topics into educational programs, fostering ethical and responsible digital communication. An initiative designed to guide the next generation of food professionals toward a more conscious and responsible future, both online and offline.
