Food is not just about taste. It’s about responsibility.
Today more than ever, it is also communication. It lives in what you scroll and create, in the trends you follow, in the messages you help spread every day.
Between social media, trends, challenges and fake news, navigating and creating content responsibly is not always easy. It requires a more attentive, critical and inclusive perspective.
ETI_CHEF is an Erasmus+ project created for this purpose: to integrate ethics, awareness and critical thinking into the way food is communicated online.
Because the way you communicate makes a difference.
ETI_CHEF goals
Main outcomes

THINK CRITICALLY.
EAT CONSCIOUSLY.
SHARE RESPONSIBLY.
The Manifesto brings together the core values of ETI_CHEF and translates them into a practical guide aligned with European frameworks. It explores the relationship between food, digital media and responsibility, supporting a more conscious and informed approach.
ETHICAL BITES
EMPOWERING EDUCATION
